ORDERS IN PAKISTAN (SHIP TIME 2-7 DAYS)

All orders in Pakistan receive free shipping on orders over 3500 Rs, otherwise shipping will be at a flat rate of 195 Rs per order. All orders received before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day. Our third-party shipping company will then take 2-7 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. Our orders are shipped via Call Courier (PostEx).

ORDERS IN CANADA (SHIP TIME: 3-10 DAYS)

All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $50 CAD, otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $4.99 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3-5 days. Our third-party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post.

U.S.A. ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 5-7 DAYS)

Free shipping is provided for all orders over $50 CAD within Canada; otherwise, a flat rate equivalent to $4.99 CAD per order will apply. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-4 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS for American orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Nirvana Botanics purchase, please return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, sealed and unused, with attached tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged, opened, or used.

ORDER ISSUES

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!

LOST ORDERS
